Being the Expert on Fitness & Nutrition for over 33 yrs...
I used my knowledge to trial natural ways of healing.

It's a high concentration lotion blend of natural oils that are known to be healthy for the skin that I came up with during trial and error for my own healing of skin after poison ivy on my ankles got infected and was healing with lots of scabbing and dryness and itching that was taking too long to heal up.

Suggestions on Application

Testing an area with a tiny amount first is a smart idea to check for allergic reactions. Always stop use for any reason you feel it is reacting to your skin an any adverse way. I have found that this lotion will go a Longggg Wayyyy.

It lasts all day and night, if you don’t wash it off with soap!

Normal Skin

On the hands, one drop on the back of both hands is great!

Dry Skin

TWO DROPS

If your hands are very dry, start with 2 drops on the back of both hands until you feel you can back down to 1.

Test out how much is just right for other areas based on your own experience.
